Pokok Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Pokok platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you agree to everything set out below.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and Pokok ("Pokok", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Pokok online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at pokok.io and through the Pokok mobile application.

By completing the registration process and creating a Pokok account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all members regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or the Pokok app.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Pokok.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Pokok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Pokok employee or contractor.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Pokok platform.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Pokok reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a member cannot provide satisfactory documentation, Pokok may suspend or close the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. Pokok does not provide legal advice and cannot be held responsible for members who access the platform from restricted locations.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Pokok account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Pokok uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended without prior notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Pokok will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

  • Do not share your password with anyone, including Pokok staff.
  • Do not use the same password across multiple platforms.
  • Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
  • Enable any additional security features offered by the platform.

4 Deposits and Payments

Pokok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Pokok account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Pokok is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times or technical issues on their end.

All funds deposited into your Pokok account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposit Limits: Pokok encourages all members to set personal deposit limits as part of responsible gaming. You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings at any time.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Pokok supports withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, Pokok may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing. Members who have not previously completed verification may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at the time. Pokok aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly, but cannot guarantee specific processing times. Withdrawals will not be processed if there are any outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to the balance being withdrawn.

  • Withdrawals are only paid to accounts in the member's own name.
  • Pokok does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if additional verification is required.
  • Pokok reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance if verification cannot be completed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Pokok offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. These promotion-specific terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all Pokok bonuses:

  • Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
  • A wagering requirement must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
  • Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Pokok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, or coordinated play across multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the Pokok platform operates according to its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Pokok will not refund bets placed in error or due to a member's misunderstanding of game rules.

All games on Pokok use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are fair and unpredictable. Pokok does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's technical specifications. If a round cannot be resolved due to a system error, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. Pokok's decision on technical fault resolutions is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Pokok platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

  • Opening or operating more than one Pokok account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform or any game.
  • Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits.
  • Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing Pokok staff or other members.
  • Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Pokok monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, Pokok reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Responsible Gaming

Pokok is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire member base. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our responsibility to help members who may be experiencing difficulties related to their gaming behaviour.

All Pokok members have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from their account settings:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
  • Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
  • Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Pokok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
  • Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a member's payment provider.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds released. If a breach is confirmed, Pokok reserves the right to forfeit some or all funds held in the account.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.

11 Privacy and Data

Pokok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Pokok will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for the operation of the platform — for example, with payment processors to facilitate transactions — or where required by law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pokok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

Pokok does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games. Pokok will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.

Nothing in these Terms limits Pokok's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

Pokok reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, Pokok will make reasonable efforts to notify members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Pokok platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
