Creating a Pokok account is straightforward. Go to /register, enter your mobile number, choose a strong password, and submit the form. You'll receive a 6-digit SMS verification code — enter it on the next screen and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes. You don't need to upload any documents to get started; verification is only required when you request your first withdrawal above a certain threshold.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" below the login form. Enter the mobile number linked to your account and we'll send you a reset code via SMS. Enter the code, set your new password, and you're back in. If you no longer have access to the registered mobile number, contact support at [email protected] with your account details.

No. Pokok allows one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you think you accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately so we can merge or close the duplicate before any action is taken.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile section in your dashboard. You can update your display name and email address directly. To change your registered mobile number, you'll need to contact support — this requires identity verification to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on Pokok. We take responsible gaming seriously and may request age verification documents at any time. Pokok supports three mobile banking methods for deposits:
  • bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile wallet
  • Nagad — fast and widely used across the country
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
All deposits are processed in BDT with no currency conversion and no transaction fees charged by Pokok. Your mobile banking provider's standard transfer fees may apply.

The minimum deposit on Pokok is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may require additional verification. We recommend starting with a small deposit to get familiar with the platform before increasing your stake.

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your Pokok wallet almost instantly — usually within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, check that the transaction was completed successfully in your mobile banking app. If the money left your wallet but hasn't arrived in Pokok, contact support with your transaction reference number.

First, check your mobile banking app to confirm whether the money was deducted. If it was deducted but not credited to Pokok, note the transaction ID and contact our support team at [email protected]. If the transaction was not completed, simply try again. Common reasons for failed deposits include entering the wrong Pokok account number, insufficient balance in your mobile wallet, or a temporary network issue.
💰 Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Wallet section, and select Withdraw. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, choose your preferred method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket), and confirm your mobile banking number. Submit the request and the funds will be sent directly to your mobile wallet. Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Pokok is ৳200. There is no daily withdrawal limit for verified accounts. If you have a large withdrawal pending, it may be processed in batches during peak hours, but the full amount will always arrive.

Most withdrawals complete within 15 minutes. During peak hours (evenings and weekends), processing can take up to 30 minutes. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than an hour, it may be under a routine security review. Contact support with your withdrawal reference number and we'll update you on the status right away.

For security reasons, withdrawals must go to a mobile banking account registered in your name. You can add or update your withdrawal number in the Wallet settings, but changes require identity verification. This policy protects you from unauthorised withdrawals if your account is ever compromised.

Pokok currently offers six games: New games are added regularly — check the Game page for the latest additions.

All Pokok games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently audited. The RNG ensures every card draw, spin, and ball drop is completely random and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player. Game results are logged and verifiable. The RTP (return to player) percentages published on each game page are accurate and based on real audit data.

The minimum bet varies slightly by game, but most Pokok games allow you to start from as little as ৳10 per round. This makes it easy to try a new game without risking much. Maximum bet limits also vary by game — check the individual game page for the specific stake range.

Yes. All six Pokok games are available in demo mode. You can register a free account and explore the full game lobby without making a deposit. Go to your account Settings and select Security. Toggle on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Each time you log in from a new device, you'll receive a one-time SMS code to verify it's really you. Visit pokok.io/app on your mobile browser to download the Pokok app for Android or iOS. The Android APK can be installed directly — you may need to allow installation from unknown sources in your phone settings. The iOS version is available via the App Store link on the app page. The app is free to download and gives you faster load times and biometric login.
